Efforts to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infection
Thank you for your continued support of Maple Chalet Hakuba.
In order to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus (COVID-19), the hotel has reviewed its policy and has taken the following preventive measures against the spread of infection in consideration of the health and safety of customers and staff. We will carry it out.
Initiatives at the entire hotel
In addition to the entrance and the front, we have installed disinfectant solutions for hands and fingers.
We appreciate your cooperation in hand disinfection.
Objects and places that are frequently contacted by many people should be wiped off periodically with a disinfectant.
I am disinfecting.
The parts of the guest room that are touched by customers are wiped and disinfected with a disinfectant when cleaning the guest room.
Ventilation will be carried out as appropriate in areas where ventilation is possible within the facility.
Employees thoroughly wear masks, wash hands, gargle, and disinfect hands with antiseptic solution.
We will check the temperature and health status (whether there is fever, vomiting, diarrhea, etc.) at the time of coming to the office and complete the checklist.
If you have a fever of 37.3°C or higher or a cold symptom such as a cough, or if you have any concerns about your physical condition, we will endeavor to maintain your health by waiting at home.
Request to customers
All guests staying at the time of check-in are requested to check the temperature of all persons and verify their identities after taking preventive measures against infection, such as avoiding direct contact.
We check the physical condition of travelers such as thermometers, and if there is a fever or a cold symptom, we will seek the appropriate instructions from the nearest public health center, including on weekends.
At that time, if you have a cold, such as a fever or a cough, we ask you to take a thermometer, ask for detailed information such as when you became sick, and depending on the case, use the accommodation and facilities inside the hotel. There are times when we would like to decline your request.
In such a case, we will try to respond promptly, such as by guiding you to a hospital.
If you have a mask, please wear it properly and cover your mouth and nose securely. If you don't have a mask, please follow cough etiquette, such as "cover your nose and mouth with a tissue" or "cover your sleeves or jacket when you're dead."
The guest rooms are structured so that the windows can be opened and closed. Please be careful of falling and ventilate if necessary.
Please help us to improve your immunity in this season when the fresh green is dazzling. All the staff are waiting for you.
