There is a 5,000 yen per person per night surcharge for groups more than 20 people
Discounts
- 5% discount for stays of more than 10 nights
- 10% discount for stays of more than 14 nights
- 15% discount for stays of more than 21 nights
- 20%discount for stays of 28 days or longer
Prices Include:
- Exclusive Chalet rental
- A 7 seat Toyota Voxy van with roof racks
- Pick-up and Drop-off from Hakuba train station or Happo bus terminal upon arrival and departure
- 10% consumption tax
- Twice weekly tailored night shuttle for your group
- Twice weekly cleaning
- Unlimited High speed Wi-Fi and unlimited Netflix.
No Minimum Night Stay
Stays of 1 or 2 nights incur a 30,000 yen per night cleaning charge.
Deposit
30% Deposit is required within 5 days of booking confirmation.
Payment
All prices are in JPY, deposits can be paid via Paypal or directly into Maple Apartments Japanese Bank account:
Local Japanese bank transfers are fee of charge.
Paypal is 3.2%
We do recommend Transferwise for International Payments as this service does not attract any merchant fees and the exchange rate provided by Transferwise is much better than your local bank.
Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and no refunds are offered on any payments once made.
Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel and we have more than 60 days notice we will happily provide you a credit for your next stay and this credit doesn't expire. Deposits are lost for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in date.
