All example rates above are per night, and are based on groupds of 20 people staying. An additonal 2,000yen per person, per night is applied for every additional person. Additional fees are added and then we discount the total price for longer stays (see table below).

Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel and we have more than 60 days notice we will happily provide you a credit for your next stay and this credit doesn't expire. Deposits are lost for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in date.
Deposit
40% Deposit is required within 5 days of booking confirmation.
Payment
All prices are in JPY, deposits can be paid via Square,Paypal, Flywire or directly into Asagiri Chalet Japanese Bank account. Local Japanese bank transfers are fee of charge. Credit Card payments using Square or Paypal incur a 3.5% service fee. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and no refunds are offered on any payments once made.
We do recommend Flywire for International Payments as this service does not attract any merchant fees and the exchange rate provided by Flywire is much better than your local bank.
