Rates Include

• Exclusive Chalet rental
• A 7 seat Toyota Voxy van with roof racks
• Pick-up and Drop-off from Hakuba train station or Happo bus terminal upon arrival and departure 
• 10% consumption tax
• Twice weekly tailored night shuttle for your group
• Twice weekly cleaning
• Unlimited High speed Wi-Fi and unlimited Netflix.

Important Note

There is a 5,000 yen per person per night surcharge for groups more than 20 people

Payment

All prices are in JPY, deposits can be paid via Flywire, Wise or Paypal or directly into Maple Apartments Japanese Bank account:

Transfers between Japanese bank transfers are fee of charge.

3.5% Service fees are added for payments via Paypal or Square.

We do recommend  Flywire or Wise for International Payments as this service does not attract any merchant fees and the exchange rate provided by these services are much better than your local bank.

Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and no refunds are offered on any payments once made.

Discounts

• Stays of 10 nights or longer - 5% discount
• Stays of 14 nights or longer - 10% discount
• Stays of 28 nights or longer - 20% discount 

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel and we have more than 60 days notice we will happily provide you a credit for your next stay and this credit doesn't expire. Deposits are lost for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in date.

COVID - In addition to the standard Cancellation picy above that for any guest booked to stay in 2022 or 2023 who then can not travel due to border restrictions we are offering dates changes at no cost and or a credit of any payments made to be put towards a future stay at Maple Chalet.

Deposit

40% Deposit is required within 5 days of booking confirmation.

No minimum night stay

Stays of 1 or 2 nights incur a 30,000 yen per night cleaning charge.
